We want you to love your HowZit Home gadgets. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged through misuse, or missing original packaging, may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

If your item arrived defective or damaged, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement.
